Ritva Nurmi’s Cowshed Gallery
Ritva Nurmi’s works made of recycled materials are exhibited in the cowshed of Kyyhkylä Manor in Mikkeli. The artist opened an exhibition of her works bursting with joy and colour already in 2003 and for years she herself presented the place to visitors. Now she has already moved elsewhere.
The property is owned by the City of Mikkeli. The barn door is not locked, and the owner has not imposed a visiting ban. So, at least for the time being, independent visitors have the opportunity to stop by to admire Nurmi’s work. Please be considerate during your visit to keep the place in order!
