Arto Ali-Eskola’s sculpture park

Arto Ali-Eskola has made concrete sculptures for his park with a casting technique he developed himself. He digs a big hole in the ground, in which he erects support structures and then pours concrete into the mould. The park features life-size sculptures of deer, various forest animals and characters from, for example, the Kalevala and the Seven Brothers. The artist’s works can also be found in Marttila town centre.
