The Land of Enchanted Frost<\/h1>

The Enchanted Land of Frost is located in a small black spruce forest on land managed by Pelso Prison and owned by Senate Properties. The trees were planted in the 1970s by the prison. In the shade of spruce trees, there is a path about half a kilometre long, along which you can find dozens of mythical characters, goblins, giants and animal figures, surrounded by mosses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The park was originally created by Kerttu Mehtälä<\/em> and Arja Mustaniemi<\/em> together with the villagers. Nowadays, it has been renovated in youth workshops and by volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
