A unique sculpture park, the Bear Forest, is being built in Ilomantsi. It combines the realm of the mythical king of the forest with the cultural environment created by man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wooden sleuth of bears grows every year with the works made for the annual Bear Festival sculpturing competition. So far, there are over 300 sculptures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
